Stuffed Bell Peppers

Everyone want food that is easy to make but yummy at the same time!! thats my deal i love to make food that can be done quickly and delicious.





Ingredients 


 4 bell peppers (different colors )

2 cups of rice
 1/2 pound of ground beef
1 onion
1 bunch of cilantro 
4 gloves of garlic 
1 can of diced tomatoes 
3 cups of hot water
pinch of sugar
2 tbsp of tomato sauce
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper
