Yummy Lasagna!



I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as i did , although it has many steps, is simple if you do it well organized and prepare all your ingredients first hand.



With a simple salad and dinner is ready!




Ingredients

Lasagna
1 box of Lasagna precooked 
Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup of heavy cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees while you prepare all the ingredients

Meat

1 Lb of lean ground beef
2 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 bunch of cilantro finely sliced
1 onion (red or yellow)
1/2 green pepper
1 can of tomatoes diced
2 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper
1/4 cup of sugar
white vinegar


Step 1
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, stir until everything is cooked, with a few paper towels remove excess fat.


Step 2

Take full excess fat to the pan add the onion  and peppers until golden brown add the garlic and stir well leave them a few seconds and add the meat all medium-high heat and the cilantro finely sliced and oregano.
Step 3
Transfer everything to a saucepan and add the can of tomatoes, parsley, a little white vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Leave it on medium high like 15 to 40 mins.  everything is well combined 



Tomato sauce

1 can of tomatoes (hole or diced)
2 tablespoon of oregano
2 Tbsp olive oil 
1/2 onion - small piece of Celery approx. 1/2 cup -small carrot all finely chopped ( all this together is a Mirepoix) 
1 clove garlic minced
2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil (or dried basil)

2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

Step 1
Add the mirepoix and parsley to skillet with olive oil leaves browned over medium heat, when everything is transparent lower heat, cover and let it cook for 10-15 minutes, stir until everything is well cooked.

Step 2
add the minced garlic and place in medium high heat, add the tomatoes and basil, stir add salt and pepper until they feel all in harmony. a pinch of sugar to tomato acid disappears. leave it on low heat for 10 minutes until everything is combined.
Step 3
Put all this in a blender or pass it through a food processor, so you have a smooth consistency.











Cheese  sauce

1 egg
1 cup of Ricotta
1/2 parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper

Step 1
Add egg with ricotta cheese, mix with a fork, add the Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.




Béchamel sauce

2 tablespoon of all purpose flour
2 tablespoon   of butter1/4 cups of milk, heated 
freshly ground pepper

Step 1
 Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan.
Step 2
Heat the milk and add the pepper.
Step 3
Add flour to butter and stir until they are together, add the milk and continue stirring until you have good consistency, using a spoon, stir the sauce if this covers the whole back of the spoon is ready.
Step 4
You can add more milk to get a smoother consistency if you so wish.

Optional
1 Bunch of spinach 
Just boiled and put it a blender with a pinch of salt you can at this to the cheese sauce!

Assembly

Step 1
In a baking pan spread with butter adds a layer of tomato sauce.
Step 2
adds a layer of lasagna, then meat, bechamel sauce and cheese sauce.
Step 3
Do it your own way,  mixing the ingredients, different ways each layer ending with a layer of lasagna, add mozzarella cheese and the heavy cream all over.

Step 4
Cover it with paper  foil. Cook it for 30 minutes. 
Step 5
Remove the paper foil and cook for  25 minutes more.
